- If cancellation are made 7 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

From Abu Dhabi:
By bus: Buses are well connected with Yas circuit and easily accessible from Abu Dhabi. From central Abu Dhabi, you’ll be able to take bus number 190 to Yas Island via the Abu Dhabi Bus Station next to Al Wahda Mall.
By car: The Yas Marina circuit is located only 10 minutes away from Abu Dhabi International Airport.
From Dubai:
By taxi: from the center of Dubai to Yas Marina takes about 1 hour in normal traffic and will cost about 400AED (INR 7,931)
By bus: From Dubai: Head to the Dubai Al Ghubaiba Bus Station for transport to the Abu Dhabi Bus Station. Next, take the 190 Bus Route to Yas Island.
